About Dr. Neil Haddock

Dr. Neil Haddock, a native San Antonion, graduated from Texas Tech University in 1977 and is a 1981 graduate of the University of Texas Medical School of Houston. After graduation, Dr. Haddock spent his residency at Brooke Medical Center in San Antonio.

From 1987 to 1989 Dr. Haddock was at Darnall Community Hospital as Chief of Dermatology, and was a member of staff at Texas A & M Medical School in Temple, Texas. In 1988 Dr. Haddock established his private practice in San Antonio, where he currently resides with his wife and two sons.


Dr. Haddock is a past president of the San Antonio Dermatology Society as well as a Fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow with the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and a member of the Bexar County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Society, the Texas Dermatology Society and the Southwest Dermatology Society. Dr. Haddock has presented multiple publications and articles to his associates and has been an Investigator at the San Antonio Center for Clinical Research since 2000.
